I am generally a very active person. You are usually hard pressed to find me sitting for any great length of time. So I have trying to think about activities that I might be able to find that would allow me to be a little active without endangering the "peanuts" in any way. The "peanuts" of course are my #1 priortity.
Someone has suggested that I take prenatal yoga. I don't have any prior experience with it or any other yoga for that matter so I am not sure if it would be ok. I have heard that it might help with my difficulty breathing, the twins take up a lot of room in my wee frame!
I am open to any other suggestions that you guys might have. I have an upcoming OB appointment on February 1st, so it would be great to have a list of potential options that I am able to discuss with my OB.

ReplyDeletei think yoga is great and should help with the breathing (of course I do LOVE yoga) and I hope it helps with the lungs! It must be hard to not feel a little restless considering you feel so good :). Hang in there, lets hope the doc has good news next monday!
